im sure all of you have no problem with handstand push ups/holds but for me it has always been for some odd reason hard for me mentally! but lastnight in class I was able to conquer it and did 6 hand stand push ups and 4 sets of 30 second hand stand holds. For me this was pretty cool!
I've done it once before, but somehow I keep missing the classes we have HSPU and rope climb. Double under is another thing that I have a hard time dealing with.
