Should i just remove the wheel and try to clean it since the brakes aren't failing me yet?
well if its on the face of the rotor (where its suppose to be a shiny metal) its pretty normal if your have washed your car or if it may have recently rained. rotors can look rusted in a matter of hours. this will happen to any rotor aftermarket or oem.
though it should go away with some use. If not, then i would get new pads if your pads are looking low and not contacting the rotor face 100%. Cause in theory it should wipe away that rust.
have you solved your needle alignment issue?
