As civilians I´m forced to visit a special gun show (owned by the military) and choose from the options available, the military do a quick check, pay, fill forms, open an expedient with all the information that its transfered to the local, federal and national security data bases... wait (be hella patient) and recieve my gun.

So I can have 1 handgun for self-defense and on my work I´ll have an assigned handgun with a superior caliber.

I see, well at least you can own a pistol, so do you get to own a separate higher caliber at your workplace also?
