Decrease pump pressure for larger/dual meth nozzles?

Was emailing back and forth with DO rep and he stated that with dual nozzles or larger nozzles I should decrease pump pressure?? Is this true? I would think with dual or larger nozzles that the pressure will already decrease and you would turn up the pump pressure not turn it down for better optimazation....or did I mis-understand?

my question:

If I turn the pump adjustment screw past 1/4th (on your site it says 1/4th turn is max psi) turn will it give me additional pressure? I am running dual nozzles (DO7 & DO10) instead of one DO14 and want the most psi I can get.

His response:

With the size of nozzles you have you can only turn the pressure down not up, As the volume of fluid increases the pressure naturaly drops. If you take the nozzles out and have none the pump will move 1gpM of fluid flow and little to no pressure.
