428 HP and 454 Torque - 2008 535i

Hello

Had a chance to do a before/after dyno comparison on my 535i N54 yesterday. I'm running the BMS DCI, a custom catback system, and a $100 inline fuel pump ( AEM 320 ), holding hi and consistent PSI and factory dp, IC, etc...

To start, we, ( Terry ) ran 91 octane bone stock. Then we added the JB4 G5 ISO, BMS Flash, and 60% E85. Did a few adaption runs on map 5 which peaked out around 410rw. Then we kicked it over to map 7 and pushed it up a bit further. For kicks we ( T ) dialed boost up a bit further using map 6 and picked up a bit more power, but I had an original plug in #6 (I had only replaced 1-5, the 6th plug was broken, waiting for replacement, NGK 5992: Gap - .022 ) which would misfire at high RPM so we ( T ) left boost lower at redline.
