OK guys. PROBLEM solved!! I just installed the new plugs and everything is extremely smooth! I feel like I have recovered some power too. Keep in mind, I also just replaced a failed turbo leaking oil all over the place on the intake and exahust about 1k miles ago. (I used to have to add a quart of oil every 1k miles. So far my oil is still full)

Old plugs are in line from Cyl 1-6. What do you guys suggest that could have been wrong.

Kind of a bonus pic. Bottom of engine cover... Looks like spongy material that could be insulating heat.
