That should fix the handling and turn in.
Just 18" wheels with non-rft and the M3 arms and maybe a larger rear sway bar....keep the stock height but beef up the feel and cut the roll.
I would do everything you stated but do not need up the rear swaybar....especially without a LSD. Read my thread here:
