Also what about the Christmas tree on the dash I'm assuming removing all the solenoid from the stock set up raised some red flags.
That was in the first post of the thread? 15psi spring on the wastegate, and a tuner to start removing the codes its looking for.
I would imagine if you have the solenoids still connected with a ISO G5 as it interrupts the boost signal completely you can eliminate all the under/over boost coding and still fool the computer for fuel delivery.
