I'm going to be the guinea pig on this one! You can't really over charge a car battery when you are constantly using the radio, day time running lamps, and everyday use of interior lights and car anti-theft system, besides alternators don't usually last the life of a car on a daily driver like mine. Alternators are usually the culprit why batteries go bad early as well due to normal wear and tear. We will see how much longer a new battery will last without registering it.
