My Premium rotors are stronger than my E-lines and has a black e-coat applied on the center hub, inner vane structure, and outer rim of the rotor for rust protection. My E-line are dipped entirely in silver zinc. Premium rotors have better air flow because they are built with a 50/50 center split vane structure design (some also comes curved and columned) for efficient air distribution to try to eliminate hear spots.
