That's all I was looking for. I've had a relationship with a local shop for several years now so I'm well aware of how hectic things can get, but all we, as customers, need is to be informed. That I think would solve 90% of these he said/she said bashing posts and threads, which I assure you was not the intention of this one. Communication is the biggest thing in customer service and I've seen several posts from you indicating your intention to that end. Regardless of what others say, it's my experience that matters so...I'm sorry that it resorted to a thread, but thanks for finally letting me know what's going on...by proxy anyway.
