Did some google search and found the following:

PWM" strings he FRM module don't mean "Power" but actually "Pulse-Width Modulation".
In other words FRM monitors that all the lights are getting 13 Volts at all times.
And how? It turns on and off the power really quick (80hz, 80 times per second) until desired voltage is obtained.
There are no problems with regular incandescent bulbs but that's why some LED's flicker

So i need a way to disable the PWM for the angel eyes.

At another forum i found the following:

Well like angel eyes if we change the voltages in the NETTODAT.TRC it should disable PWM

Does anyone know how to disable (code) the PWM for the angel eyes and if the above is true?
