When I asked their "complaint resolution specialist" for a phone number to someone in BMW NA Headquarters in New Jersey they told me they are not affiliated with BMW NA in New Jersey and could not get a phone number.

When I went back to the dealer and asked their Customer Relations Specialist for a contact at BMW NA HQ in New Jersey, I basically got told "pound sand".

So if you have a real point of contact at the real BMW NA in New Jersey, I'd appreciate it if you could share it with me.

I dealt with BMW NA before, I have to double check but I believe I called the same number, and I'm pretty sure they were in NJ, the girl I dealt with had a jersey accent, and her direct call back number was a jersey number.
