Guys, thanks again for all the responses.
I have been researching all the DIY's for this car, and feel comfortable with walnut blasting, oil filter housing, auto trans fluid change, and the water pump change, injector swap, and coils/ plugs.
Only ones I am worried about is the turbo change if necessary. Based on my research, I should be able to notice if the turbos have the WG rattle by parking it next to a building and revving it, and listening for the noise. If I don't hear that and we pass the inspection, I would guess we are in good shape.
