Only ones I am worried about is the turbo change if necessary. Based on my research, I should be able to notice if the turbos have the WG rattle by parking it next to a building and revving it, and listening for the noise. If I don't hear that and we pass the inspection, I would guess we are in good shape.
Don't assume that just because you hear some wastegate rattle, that the turbo's are in imminent danger of failing. People drive tuned 335's with wastegate rattle for years and are hitting their req boost levels just fine. Tolerating the noise is another story.
