For the ease of accounting, can I issue you store credit for the full shipping amount?
This has 3 benefits:
-We can give you the FULL amount, instead of the difference
-It's easier for our accounting dept.
-It gives us a chance to show you how good our customer service really is, when you order with us again
Please advise if this is ok. If not, I will process the CC refund next week.
