Maybe it's too early to post this
I guess that I need more patience
but I really don't like the situation right now.
I order a set of KONi SHOCKS form supremepower last week
Chris PM me that they were going to ship my order on last Friday
after he called to verify my debit card,Chris PM me said that my shipping address is not match with my debit card.
He can't ship my order.
however, I just use this card to purchase somthing before and without any problem.
but I call my Bank to verify my shipping address again.
My Bank also told my the amount of money which I paid for my KONI shocks has been charged.
So I PM Chris my shipping address again and told him that he already got my money.
on this monday,Chris PM me that My order can be shipped
so I PM him to ask him when will my order can be shipped?
but he didn't reply me on monday
after monday I know that they are all at SEMA because I saw that he mentioned this on his F/S section
so I guess that they are probably very busy right now
but I think that he still have access to get online and see my PM since Chris posted something on his for sale section.
so I decided to PM him again to ask him about the status of my order.
stil no reply this time
yesterday I PM Chris again but still no reply so far.
I already paid the money but I HAVE NO IDEA where my order is now
I know that SEMA is a big event.
but I don't think that customer's right should be ignored.
at least he can PM or email me to tell me that the shippment of my order will be delay before they go to SEMA.
I don't think it's too difficult to spend few minutes to reply a email or a PM.
however, he just doesn't reply me anything.
I have to say that I don't like this feeling.
