Wanted to post another review in here for Phil:

My water pump died a few weeks back. Within 24 hours Phil had the parts in hand and my car fixed. All for a solid price. Even helped me unload my car off the trailer (had to tow it over, would overheat every few miles) in the middle of the night interrupting his dinner.
