The H&R is firmer than the stock, but the ride is not harsh at all. Also improves handling at corners.
H&R also provides great technical support free of charge.
My car is primarily for the streets, so I think for the money (~$1400), this is a great deal. If you race, go for KW V3, but the xi version costs more than $1900.
