i switched from the castrol 0w-40 that the PO had in there to german castrol 0w-30 on this oil change because i was eating that 0w-40 like crazy...two FULL quarts from when i bought the car till this recent oil change... and so far ZERO oil consumption and much cooler oil temps.this Castrol 0W-30 is being replaced by there new 5W-40 formula so when i can't get 0W-30 anymore i will switch to Amsoil 5W-40 European formula....
