Out w/ the chrome, in w/ the black

Thanks for the DYI. I was able to get it done in a couple of hours. I used new 328i black trim to replace the stock chrome on my 335i. Those front door panels *are* tough to get off far enough to remove the rear view mirrors. BTW, I was able to save the chrome at the base of the windows. I just pulled it up from the rubber base strip, then removed the rubber base strip afterward. Chrome did not buckle, bubble, or striate.
