Ps download of a script on page 12 here, it will get the file needed from CIC so no need to buy a cable any more! Not used it myself but speaking to someone else on here re map updates they used this script and loaded new maps in past few days with no issues

Yep it worked a treat, found it quite straight forward, even though this stuff is all very new to me.
