OP - is the wear on the outside or inside part of the tread?

Outside - real hard driving / alignment way out of whack (positive camber)
To do: check alignment at local shop. stats should be close to neutral toe and slight negative camber. If this is fine, just replace tires as the original driver drove aggressively.

Inside - too aggressive negative camber and/or too much toe.
To do - reduce negative camber and/or reduce toe towards 0.

both cases, run on the higher side of the tire pressures to reduce wear.
