Gewgaw, it looks like after your phone call they resolved the situation. It also sounds like they took things a step further and took care of internal issues that were likely responsible for the salesperson's actions.
Personally, I would stick with that dealer from now on. Especially considering the attitude of most BMW dealers with servicing cars not purchased from them. I also had a bad experience with a salesperson when purchasing my car. But I have had such great experiences with everyone else at the dealership that I will always go back to them.
