2011 E90 328i Neglected

So after letting it sit without trickle for a year, I came back to her, and of course the battery is dead. Cool no biggy swapped it out, threw it on the trickle, and replaced the driver door actuator because it wouldn't lock. My door closes nicely now, but it wouldn't engage the lock, flicking the door indicator up and down. So I start up the car to see if I can get any faults, and would ya know, I can't connect to the OBD, but I did get CC-ID-207 (central electronics failure) through the cluster and started going through the fuses. Now its even worse: windows, head/tail lights, and locks, including trunk dead. It seems like an FRM issue, but the car still starts and the turn indicators function, so no? I had replaced the FRM previously, and everything worked fine except the master window switch for the driver and passenger, which was swapped. I'm at a loss. Do I need to grab the multi and trace it all through the OBD, or has anyone experienced something like this?
