We did respond by email within a few (3) days of when the order was placed, because of the language difference perhaps he asked the same questions already asked and answered multiple times.
We also cannot be responsible for Italy's Postal System (which is very bad for packages from the US - ask any knowledgeable USPS person). We ship usually same or within a few days of receiving an order- so its really not necessary to repeatedly email us asking if the order shipped, if we have a problem we will contact you. I did also ask this person to post our response:
