The product you put in the foam lance is more important that the model or pressure washer!
I use a baby karcher k1010 to wash my car and it works perfectly with the autobrite lance. I did have a more powerful Karcher but lent it to my father in law who broke it for me. which was nice...
Anyway use a decent liquid, mix it with warm water in the lance's bottle and it'll foam up like a good un.
