Yes, that's what I'm wondering too. Not about if i hit a curb if they can cover it, I'm wondering if BMW CANADA states that alignment is covered in our warranty except when it's self inflicted. That way my point will be much stronger as I thought i was going in for a free maintenance check up but instead got charged. If alignment isn't even in the warranty section, then I'm probably screwed
I paid the $164 already, but I'm planning to speak with Phil and with the service manager tomorrow about the problem.
PS: Shouldn't the SA inform me before hand that alignment isn't covered?
