I haven't timed it, because I think it might be a little difficult to press a stop watch and shift at the same time, and secondly, I don't have a stopwatch

Post #2 of this thread has the dyno. Max wHP increase of 5.5 exactly, and torque increase of about 8 ft-lbs, but level increases were seen throughout the rpm range. This is comparing the best of three runs each before and after the mod.
