The premise is simple, replace uranium with a fissionable material with a much greater atomic mass and you get a bigger boom. My point was that a very small amount of material can produce a "big boom", thus to assume that a large amount of "red matter" would be required is faulty reasoning. That wouldn't account for the creation of a black hole though I guess, but that wasn't the point of my post.
