Alright everyone, here's what we have in place for our BIG Texas meet!!
Meet time is 5PM.
I was able to persuade the owner of the Hill Country Galleria of Bee Cave property to allow us to hold our BMW rally on the top of the HUGE parking garage. I'm told that if we would rather have the shade of the 4th level that we would be fine to do so.
Because of last year's apparent "clowning around" everyone attending this event will have to sign off on a "release of liability waiver". In other words, if anyone gets to feeling like they can fly, try and drop like a rock causing serious injury ..
.... well, it's your fault for thinking you're a bird and not the property management/owner's.
Also, I know there was mention of wanting to have a BBQ however, because this meet is being held on private property we are not permitted the luxury of cooking our own food. I have included a list below of all the restaurants/eateries within the Hill Country Galleria.
Please see below for information on the FREE Saturday night Fall Concert Series that will begin @ 7PM.
It wasn't easy to convince this gentleman that we are not a bunch of rowdy law breakers. He happens to own a S600 Benz and is a very large, daunting man. Please don't piss him off. 
Photoshoot:
Unless I'm mistaken, Twizted_Bunny & myself and hopefully some others will be offering up some photoshoot time. Did I hear someone mention rolling shots ... ahem .... bunny?
With the option of either the "open" top level of the garage or even the 4th level (shaded) we should have some pretty decent backdrops to work with.
If I missed anything or someone has any suggestions then please feel free to throw them out via post within this thread or PM to either myself or your elected area leader.
By the way, YES ....... if you want to bring your own drinks ... go for it. Open containers are a no-no but cups will suffice.
(I am NOT condoning drinking & driving NOR do I accept responsibility for those who choose to do so).
