for angel eyes, there is really only White as the option. there are a view variations of how bright you want them and also what shade of white.
I design the LUX 5.0 angel eye and that is a pure white LED upgrade that is the brightest on the market.
There are other angel eyes that have a tint of blue, but still are white.

I can make a set of truely blue LED's, however they will be illegal to use on the street.
