The rectangular black block with the bolt head in it is where the head of a floor jack goes and lifts the car. You can lift the car with a low-saddle floor jack and then put jackstands under the the lifting points on the doorsils. Understanding that you live in a 600 sq ft flat and don't have room for tools, it looks very risky how you lifted the car. Be careful.
