I think its possible as long as you stick to the diet and keep pressing play.
If I'm not mistaken you have to do more reps with lighter weights to get ripped. I may be wrong. I've been using 10 pounds and that get heavy after awhile, so I hope you purchased some adjustable weights or something. Good luck!
