If you are going to get the RPI get it because it's the easiest to install /remove thanks to the stock couplers. If you are going for pure power consider the restrictions in the stock set up vs. replacing it all with smooth piping.
In my case I've had to remove my intercooler a couple of times due to warranty issues, so the RPI worked like a charm. In day to day and track driving I've noticed a great improvement over stock, but cannot compare to any other aftermarket FMIC.
It's certainly beefier then the stock FMIC size/weight wise.
