I can do about 12 push ups more than I originally could when I started. 6+more pullups than when I started. Also, I upped my dumbbell weight by 5 pounds since I started. My chest is harder and bigger and my gf has noticed it when we are laying down watching tv with her hand usually on my chest. My arms are starting to get some definition. So as far as I'm concerned....god bless the dude that posted about p90x on this forum. I take whey protein and the animal pak.
