I dont know if you guys have seen the same version of this commercial as I have but, they are clearly advertising the 2011 models and then offering 0.9%financing at the end. Im curious to know if this is legally considered false advertisment. How can they show the 2011 model and then claim to be offering 0.9% when they only actually mean to offer this low rate for left over inventory of last years model?
