My experience of a few dealerships when I bought my car recently:
Sytner Harold Wood (local dealer):
Great experience with sales (Justin Stanford), polite, knowledgable and helpful; eager to get me to test drive cars I was interested in. Unfortunatley did not have the car I wanted at the right price.
Service: Mixed feelings till now. £15 charge/day for courtesy car when car went to them for warranty work and the work was delayed. Satisfactory dealings with staff.
Had a great car (on paper) for considerably lower price than other places. Called them and the sales guy convinced me to drive all the way there (from London). Got there and the car was poorly presented
Sales person there was the rudest I have come across ever. His attitude was something along the lines of lets only bother talking if you are going to buy the car and he hadnt even bothered showing me the car at that point. Would not buy from them ever
Sytner Sutton Coldfield:
Reasonable experience with sales. Some pressure sales tactics but got a reasonable deal in the end.
