If I stake out a road and drive it long enough I can spot where the police usually are. It's also about what time you intend to drive there. Sunday morning at Luk Keng is a bad time to speed for example, hehehe.

If only Hong Kong has a dedicated track, I can save the time and expense of having to go to the mainland...just imagine driving a M3, blasting down the straight without a care in the world.
