Ok, everyone ready for a shocker? They replaced the logic7 amp and it did not fix the voice commands. They have an open PUMA case with BMW to get a solution. I assume it is just a software bug that will be fixed with a new release. I am going to take my car for now with v25.xx and deal with the lack of voice commands.
