I am currently in Indiana, here's where I purchased my E90 (Sam Swope BMW). However, I am on my way to Puerto Rico and will ship my car next week. You guys are scaring me with the customer service horror stories from the Islandís BMW dealers. Here I get 100% Class A service, with loaner car, rapid turnaround, and detailed cleaning at every visit. Am I in for a big surprise when I arrive in PR? It'll suck to have a BMW and not get the customer service offered here in the states.
BTW, I am from PR (Levittown) but have been gone for a little over 23 years on and off. I am looking forward to "coming back home". I'll be there in a few weeks.
