I spoke to my bank this morning and sent you a PM.
The ball is still in your court. Either I wait 60 days to win the dispute to finally get my money back or you can issue a refund on your end now, then my bank closes the dispute with Mastercard and we'll be all done with this. I think the confusion is how a charge back process works.
