I'll be going to the dealer soon myself... Already took my Stg 1 out, and I still get these problems. And some of these above problems were occurring before i put the tune in, so don't say it's a symptom of the tune.
As I've said in the past, the N55 still has the same issues the N54 has/had.
Keep us posted on what the dealer says. I have had a few 5 second cranks, but have no codes (besides 12253)
