It took me about 8hrs, DIY says 5hrs, But me and a buddy struggled with the spring compressor from Canadian Tire, then got the one from Parts Source. If you choose to do it yourself, I can help you out with some extra tips to save you time. Or I don't mind lending a hand if you need it. One tip DO NOT get the spring compressor from CT go to Parts Source, and get the Powerbuilt one. Both lend it out for FREE, but you leave $90 deposit for 2 days, which you get back when you return.
