As all the UK buyers will know, this car comes with the alarm fitted as standard but i have an issue.

When I lock the car, the red clown nose blinks, no problem.

When having a look for the interior sensors, they are visible in the center roof console and after removing it can confirm it is connected.

But no matter what i do. The alarm doesn't seem to work.

When I lock the car the indicators blink and so does the clown nose but i dont get any audible noise (which i think is normal)

But even after locking the car, I can put my whole body through an open window and the alarm doesn't trigger or I can lock the car with me inside and still nothing happens.

Am I missing something or does my alarm not work?....also holding down the boot release button (panic alarm) does nothing other than opening the boot.

Can someone please advise.
