Can someone please confirm what correct torque settings to use for the new Pan/Filter? Also, if re-using the existing bolts is there anything extra to do besides re-install them?

I personally would not reuse those bolts. Time/weather/age not worth the gamble, especially since we don't have a diptstick or low level oil warning lights.
