You don't need to delete anything.
In NCS choose the module, choose the job (codierdaten_lesen), go to work folder, open FSW_PSW.trc file in notepad, make your changes, save the file as FSW_PSW.MAN in work folder then go back to NCS and change the job to SG_CODERIEN.
every time you read a module, the FSW_PSW.trc will be refreshed.
Also, I personally do not backup any coding data. Things can change in firmware. And in any case, your coding is effectively backed up by your VO. If things get messed up just Expert code the module to default VO and everything is back to factory settings.
