Just be careful about the alcohol, dilute the alcohol first before using it at its full concentration, alcohol can etch into your paint. Spray on a microfiber towel and wipe it off.
Detail Spray and clay the car works.
If your car has a good layer of wax on it before all this happened, you can easily wipe it off with just detail spray as well. So its important to wax your car.
