I had the same fear. Actually almost bought the LCI headlights I wanted at the same time, but just going to wait on it still.
But thanks bud, it's Plasti-dip. It took 4 tries before I was satisfied. I didn't like following the body lines the way you would when standing or viewing from up close. Took a lot of "eyeing it from a distance" (at least that's what i'll call it). I didn't want to mess up the clean look the stock bumper could still provide.
