It is a bolt on. I had the AR OC and I wouldn't recommend it. I like the company but their OC doesn't help anything since it blocks air to the most vital cooling element, the radiator.
Since it comes with the fender liners it has everything anyone needs except if you have a bumper other than the OEM.
